What does fitness mean to you?

Fitness means healthy body and mind. Hence it is necessary to maintain fit, it is not necessary to go on a strict diet but at least to eat right and exercise in a day.

Are you conscious about your food choices?

I don't do dieting but I am conscious about my food choices. I believe in eating right and having my dinner before 7pm.

Three things that you practice in day today life to stay fit?

Dancing

Meditation

Eating Right

What is your take on size zero?

Size zero is not a healthy offer. It is definitely a personal choice to take up the thought of size zero but it is important to take care of your health too.

Any sport that you are skilled at?

Dancing is my only sport.

A celeb body that you admire?

Shilpa Shetty.

What is your fitness secret?

My fitness secret is that without dancing, meditation and eating right, I do not feel energetic hence I make it a point to practice it in my day today schedule.

A fitness tip for your fans?

To workout at least thrice a week and to eat right.
