As part of the promotional strategy of "Ramayan", Zee TV has unveiled an innovative, virtual Ram Durbar on the Facebook page of its new mythological show, where the users can perform aartis and shower flowers.

Packaged beautifully, the virtual temple showcases Lord Rama, Lakshman and Sita with Lord Hanuman. To the netizens' delight, the temple has unique features that let them ring the bell, light a diya, play a choice of aartis, shower flowers, smear haldi kumkum on the deities, break a coconut and even rotate the aarti thali.

The new Ramayan, which is aired every Sunday, is based on Ramcharitmanas that is rich in core values, ideals and principles that form the crux of the society and upbringing.
