FIRST LOOK of Netflix's Chopsticks Features Mithila Palkar, Abhay Deol & A Goat!

Indian originals on Netflix have increased in the past one year after the success of Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Saif Ali Khan starrer Sacred Games. A lot of filmmakers are experimenting with diverse and fresh content. Yet another unique Indian original, Chopsticks, starring Mithila Palkar and Abhay Deol in lead roles is set to release soon on Netflix. Directed by Sachin Yardi, the story of Chopsticks tells the story of a shy girl who teams up with a con man to get back her stolen car from a Mumbai gangster.

Netflix recently dropped the first look of the film and we’re already in love with it. 

In the teaser we can see Mithila and Abhay get in a car ready to go somewhere but with a GOAT. Though there is no dialogue in it but their expressions are pure gold. Not just this but Mithila also shared a small teaser featuring her as a Mumbai guide speaking in Japanese for Japanese tourists. With her hard earned money she buys a car and it gets stolen. 

What happens next is what the story is all about.

The story of the film already sounds impressive and with talented actors like Mithila and Abhay, we’re totally looking forward to watching it. While Mithila has earlier collaborated with Netflix in Little Things, this will be Abhay’s first Netflix collab.
