Media has already reported about the celebrity galore on the sets of Optimystix's Comedy Circus - Ka Naya Daur on Sony TV. Apart from the popular names from Hindi shows, a few renowned names from Marathi industry like Vishakha Subedaar and Siddharth Jadhav have also joined hands for the show.

After several rounds of nerve tickling jokes, Comedy Circus - Ka Naya Daur will see its first elimination in the coming episodes.

A little birdie from the sets informs, "Mahhi Vij and Suri (new talent) is the first pair to bid adieu the competition. The pair got less marks from the judges and was shown the doors. The theme for the episode was Desh- Videsh where one contestant will essay the desi person and the other will be a foreigner."

We too hear that the next episode will see Katrina Kaif and Imran Khan gracing the stage as celebrity guests to promote their upcoming flick Mere Brother Ki Dulhan.

We contacted Mahi Vijj, but she refused to comment on the same.

Suri remained unavailable for comments.

Guess it's time for all contestants to put in more effort to avoid elimination...
