Fenil Umrigar aka Gauri bids ADIEU to 'Kaala Teeka'

Zee TV's popular show, 'Kaala Teeka' has been witnessing some bittersweet moments in recent times. On one hand, the show recently completed 250 episodes and had a celebration for the same, while, on the other hand, the antagonist of the show, Bhupinder Singh recently decided to quit the show.

And now, things have turned a bit more sour for the show as the leading actress of the show, Fenil Umrigar who plays Gauri has decided to bid ADIEU to the show.

Yes! As shocking as it gets, it is true...Fenil has decided to quit the show as she is unhappy with the way her character is shaping up.

According to sources, she has decided to put down her papers and will be shooting her last till mid-December.

It is also being said that Fenil was not ready with the fact that her character is shaping up to be an out-and-out negative one; while she may stay back if her character turns positive.

We tried contacting Fenil multiple times, however, she remained unreachable..

Wonder why she ditched Girls On Top for dis shitty show? She wud have been awesome as Gia Sen. May be she had some fight wid Yuvraj. I still remember her as Sanjana Roy in BFF.

I bealive on her... I m not sayin she is finest actress.. infct she needs 2 learn alllottt... But still if u look @ closely den u wil c dat she hav dat spark if she tries 2 learn more & more den she is also not less dan Kareena.. im sure sonam just need 2 concentrate more & more on her acting career & 4 some tym she need 2 leave fashion industry as well...

Keeping aside the fact that she is very pretty, I dunno why most pple accuse her of terrible acting. True she doesnt act all perfect but she does act fine enough to give the gist of the emotions - yes thats not enough for a movie BUT its not terrible either. She sure needs to work hard to reach the likes of Kareena and Ash for example. But I lykes the depression phase her character went thru in IHLS, seemed real.
Besta Luck to her. Looking forward to Ranjhana eagerly!
