Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai: Armaan promises Vidya that he will teach Abhira a lesson

In tonight's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai episode, Vidya firmly states that she will only enter the house if Armaan makes her a promise. When Armaan asks her about the promise, Vidya reveals her desire for Abhira to face the same humiliation she endured. She emphasises that the accident wasn't intentional, but Abhira's actions were driven by revenge. Vidya insists that Abhira should experience the same pain she went through.

Armaan observes how much Vidya has changed because of Abhira. Armaan reminds Vidya that it was Abhira's efforts that secured her release from jail, but he expresses his disappointment that Abhira now regrets her decision. He assures Vidya of his unwavering support and vows to make Abhira understand the gravity of her actions. Determined, Armaan resolves to seek justice, shifting his focus from standing up for his brother to now ensuring his mother receives the justice she deserves. Meanwhile, Abhira visits a temple, praying for Vidya's strength and hoping Armaan succeeds in restoring happiness to Vidya's life.

Elsewhere, Abhir reflects on Charu's influence in motivating him to take up singing. Unaware of the truth, he sends a heartfelt message to the number provided in a letter from Kiara, believing it to be Charu's. In the message, he shares how deeply she inspired him to begin singing. Meanwhile, Manisha becomes suspicious of Kiara, noticing her smiling at Abhir's messages. However, Kiara skillfully avoids suspicion when Kajal arrives, diverting attention. Abhir, still oblivious to Kiara's role, continues to think fondly of Charu.

Meanwhile, Abhira notices Armaan standing beside her, tying a sacred thread around a tree. Armaan confronts her and warns her to stop mentioning Vidya's name. Surekha attempts to mediate and urges Armaan to listen to Abhira. Despite Surekha's efforts to explain, Armaan remains adamant that Abhira is responsible for ruining their relationship and insists she should feel guilty for what she did to Vidya.

Charu advises Armaan to mend his relationship with Abhira, but he remains unwilling to forgive her. Krish, Rohit, and Kiara discuss Armaan and Abhira's situation, but Armaan silences them, reiterating his refusal to forget Abhira's actions against Vidya. Abhira, deeply affected by Armaan's hostility, contemplates moving on as Ruhi advises her to focus on her future since Armaan is unlikely to reconcile with her.

In a symbolic gesture, Armaan removes his engagement ring, leaving Abhira confused. Ruhi tells Abhira that the Poddars will never accept her and questions whether Armaan will even meet her at college. Determined to speak with Armaan, Abhira hopes for a chance to convince him at college.

Vidya learns that Ruhi has gone to meet Abhira. At the Poddar house, Vidya's behaviour shocks everyone as she sits on the floor with a plate. Kaveri explains that Vidya is still traumatised by her experiences. Meanwhile, Abhira faces public humiliation at college.

Armaan decides to visit the college, while Ruhi takes Abhir to a restaurant. Krish, Aryan, Charu, and Kiara are surprised to see Ruhi and Abhir together. Abhir questions why Charu is ignoring him and sends her a message praising her. Kiara, receives his text, replies and is pleased by Abhir's admiration.

At college, Armaan gives Abhira the cold shoulder while students gossip about their personal issues. He firmly asks the students to focus on their studies instead of their private life.
