What does fitness mean to you?
Fitness means mental and physical health should be fit. Mental fitness helps a person with tolerance and patience and physical health is required to support mental health. Fitness gives you lots of energy hence it is important to stay fit.

What efforts do you take to stay in shape?

Yoga regularly and swimming

Are you conscious about your food choices?

I was not food conscious before but I have become one now. 

Three things you do every day to remain fit.

I eat Papaya and Oranges every day.

Healthy Salad every evening rather having dinner

I practice Yoga.
