Donal Bisht releases first ever micro-web series, 'Tia and Raj'; Says micro web series are the next big thing after web series

Donal Bisht has been in the news for keeping herself productive during the quarantine. The Actress has released an interesting micro-web series called Tia and Raj. The light-hearted series stars actor and producer, Akshat Saluja. 

Talking about the storyline of the series, Donal says, “It's a conversational web-series, which involves a conversation between the characters Tia and Raj. Tia dials a number and it gets connected to a wrong person and later it shows how two unfamiliar people get connected. It’s a rollercoaster ride of misunderstanding and confusion."

The Roop actress also says that according to her, micro- web series are the next big thing. “Since we live in such a fast-paced world, people expect more entertainment in less time. And that’s the exact idea behind micro web series. We decided to keep it short and sweet. And since we shot from home, it wouldn’t be feasible to shoot long scripts anyway,” she adds.

Donal has used the quarantine time to her advantage and has kept herself busy with inventing new food dishes, shooting from home, and more. The Dil Toh Happy Hai Ji actress has also recently initiated a mental health awareness campaign called Open Up To Donal that got a great response from her fan base. She’s currently prepping up for her next web series, The Socho Project.
