Diya Aur Baati Hum fame Dinesh Mehta joins the cast of Luv Kush

Swastik Productions, known for its work in mythological and historical genre is once again back with a new show, Luv Kush. The show will depict the tale of the Hindu epic Ramayana from the perspective of Lord Rama and Goddess Sita’s twin sons Luv and Kush. Actors Himanshu Soni and Shivya Pathania will be seen portraying Ram and Sita in the upcoming show. Now, the latest buzz suggests that the makers have found their main antagonist too.

According to reports, Diya Aur Baati Hum fame Dinesh Mehta has been locked to play the main antagonist in the mythological drama. Also, the team was recently shooting in some remotest and exotic locations of Kashmir for some of the sequences. 

Dinesh was also part of the Production’s other shows including Suryaputra Karn and Chandragupta Maurya. Apart from mythological and period drama, he has worked in general shows like Yeh Hai Mohabbatein, Ganga among others.

The show will hit the screens from 5th August on Colors.
