Divyanka Tripathi's post on body shaming is worth an applause

When it comes to tv celebrities who are major influencers, Divyanka Tripathi almost tops the list. Very often, she raises voice against the menaces in the society and she knows that as an influencer she needs to put the right foot forward. People follow and respect her opinions and it's a trait worth praising that she realizes her responsibility towards the society.

A few days back she shared a social media post about her hubby's hot and sizzling photo shoot. Today she posted something very opposite and explained why the two are similar. She posted a video of her friend from abroad and we were so proud to read what she wrote. Have a look:

Requesting people to feel proud to be in their own skin, she wrote,"After a super sexy video of my husband...compelled to post another hottie's video...an old friend from LA.

They are SEXY because they are confident, they are comfortable in their skin and because they don't do it for the society but for themselves.

Size XS, S or XL...100% of people would never be happy with how you look! What stays with you is your soul... So strive to look beautiful but don't be so harsh to your inner being. Satisfy it, love it, embrace it whenever you can!

Looking the way you want should be a part of living in a free society. I don't know why a world of possibilities is supressed then? Cheers to your spirit! You live once. Live free!"

Every word she wrote resonates with many. EVen though it's a free society yet people are body shamed. And that body shaming affects so deeply because none of us are comfortable in our own skin. We think we are flawed and that's the issue she wants to address.

Ya she did, but how many actually abide to her this post? If u scroll to DT's previous photos, the likes would be ranging to 2/3L + but this one still stands at 50K+. Fact is even if she posts a lil weird photo ppl r gonna troll her back too. It's a fake world where ppl only look for too much fairness, sexy clothes, expensive jewellery, etc. no1 really cares if she posted this. But thanks DT atleast u raised a point.
