Christopher Nolan’s Tenet is touted to be one of the most awaited films of the year. The film’s trailer made a lot of noise during its release and considering Nolan’s genius to create visual excellence and mastery to perform real-life sequences fans across the world waited to experience his cinematic prowess.

While the Maharashtra Government has finally announced the reopening of cinemas in the state from November 5 with 50 percent of seating capacity outside containment zones, a few Bollywood films are all set to be releasing this month. Meanwhile, a recent Times of India report suggests that Christopher Nolan’s 'Tenet', is gearing up for an unveiling in the next couple of weeks to compensate for the disappointment to the trade and film buffs alike.

The report quoted a source that informed “Had the announcement come a week earlier, they would have arrived on the Diwali weekend. They are currently speaking to the stakeholders, including cinema owners about release strategy and are looking to open in India either on November 20 or the week after.” The film’s marketing is likely to initiate a well-thought-out marketing campaign prior to the release of the Hollywood film.

For the unversed, 'Tenet' will be released in India by almost two months of delay owing to the closure of cinema halls. The film was shot for a brief period in Mumbai last year and the film is touted to receive a good response in India as well.

Tenet features John David Washington, Robert Pattinson, Elizabeth Debicki, and Dimple Kapadia in pivotal roles.

On the other hand, the film was released across the globe, starting with the UK on August 26 and the US on September 3. So far, the film has been appreciated by the critics and surpassed general expectations considering the opening weekend predictions are concerned. However, in the long run, the film could not sustain the hype.
