Diljit Dosanjh earns respect from netizens for seeking blessings at Mahakaleshwar Temple in Ujjain

Diljit Dosanjh has been in the spotlight daily since kicking off his Dil-Luminati India tour. Amid controversies and positive events, he has been at the center of much news. He just had a show in Indore as part of his Dil-Luminati India Tour. Right after the concert, the singer opted for a spiritual path and visited Mahakaleshwar Temple in Ujjain. Alongside his team, he sought blessings from Lord Shiva.

On Tuesday, Diljit Dosanjh took to Twitter and shared a video of him seeking blessings of Lord Shiva at Mahakaleshwar Temple in Ujjain. In the video, the singer was seen wearing a white dhoti kurta with matching turban.

Diljit along with his team, witnessed the 'bhasma aarti' and prayed in the sanctum sanctorum of the temple. He was seen sitting with folded hands and closed eyes at the holy place as he offered his prayers. Sharing the video, Diljit wrote, “Jai Shri MAHAKAL."

Diljit Dosanjh was also spotted hanging out within the temple grounds alongside the officials. The officials subsequently gifted the singer a shawl and even a picture frame featuring Lord Shiva's deity.

Following Diljit Dosanjh's recent visit to the Mahakaleshwar Temple in Ujjain, fans have been showering him with praise for his spiritual devotion and humble demeanor. One of the fans wrote,"Respect for him," while another wrote,"A perfect human he is.”

Diljit Dosanjh had a show in Indore on December 8. Nevertheless, Bajrang Dal objected to the concert and sought the intervention of Indore police to halt the event.

"For a while, it has been going against me that Diljit's concert tickets are being sold in the black market. But it's not my fault that tickets are being sold that way, isn't that so? If you are getting the ticket for ?10 and you sell it for ?100, what's the fault of the artist?," said while addressing the black market sale of his concert tickets.
