Dilip Joshi aka Jethalal from Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah Recalls His Memories with Rishi Kapoor

Dilip Joshi who is best known as Jethalal from Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah is a huge fan of veteran actor Rishi Kapoor who breathed his last today after fighting a two-year battle with leukemia today. 

Dilip who is extremely sad with the actor’s demise shared his fondest memories with a leading entertainment portal. Dilip recalled that Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Singh came on the sets of TMKOC to promote their movie Do Dooni Chaar and he came to meet them personally.

Dilip poured out his feelings as he said, "Unfortunately, I never got a chance to work with him in my career, but I was privileged to meet him. I remember when he with his wife Neetu Singh had come to our sets to promote his film Do Dooni Chaar, I wasn't a part of the episode. But to meet him, I came to the set and exchanged some words. And believe me, it was a dream come true for me. As I felt that isse accha mauka nahi milega unhe milne ka."

 He also added, "I have grown up watching his films and been such a big fan of him that I have actually bought tickets in black to watch his films like Hum Kisi Se Kam Nahi, Karz. Rishi ji had a good laugh when I had told him these things. Neetu Ji was also there and she was so sweet. Whatever interaction I had with him, I realized that he was full of life. I felt so good when they told me that they have watched our show.”

The entire nation is still mourning over the loss of two Bollywood actors Irrfan Khan and Rishi Kapoor. Let us hope things get better soon.
