Did you know, Paresh Rawal was OFFERED a role in Munna Bhai M.B.B.S.?

Paresh Rawal was last seen in Salman Khan starrer Tiger Zinda Hai. Currently, the actor is busy with the promotions of his upcoming film Sanju where he plays the role of Sunil Dutt in the film. However, working with the finest filmmaker like Rajkumar Hirani has been every actor's dream but, for Mr Rawal, it was a double Bonanza when Sanju was offered to him.

Well during a recent interview with the actor when he was asked how he felt to be working in a Rajkumar Hirani film the actor said, "Happy, Overwhelmed and Overjoyed...Because I was working for the first time with Rajkumar Hirani. I wanted to work with him for a long time. I was supposed to do Munna Bhai MBBS but, for some reason, I could not do that film and I was waiting after that. And finally after that, I got this role (of Sunil Dutt) so, it's like a double bonanza for me. There wasn't any hesitation but, excitement to work with him and on such a character. It's not even the insecurity but, it felt like challenging to me where it kind of motivates you."

Later when asked which role he was offered in Hirani's Munna Bhai M.B.B.S. he said, "Boman Irani's (role)".

Later when we asked him why he isn't seen more often in films now, replied saying that he really wants to do more films but he is only waiting for good scripts. If someone gives me a good script I am always ready to act.
