Did you know Nakuul Mehta went to Drashti Dhami for advice on his first TV show?

That Drashti Dhami, Nakuul Mehta and Sanaya Irani's friendship goes back in time is no secret, but, what not many know of is Drashti has always been encouraging of Nakuul to pursue a career in TV, and she was among the first one to ask him to do so. 

In conversation with India-Forums, Nakuul stated, "Drashti has a lot to do with me doing Television currently, I know her since a really long time. There was a time when I used to do theatre, and Drashti was already an established name in TV. And, that is when she told me that I should do TV, and eventually I decided in favour of the same." 

He further added, "When I did get my first show, I went to her for advice, on what should I do and how, and everything. So in a lot of ways, I look up to her for doing what she does on TV and what she has achieved over 10 years, and has been consistent in doing that."

After all, what are friends for if not motivate each other and encourage each other both personally as well as professionally, isn't it?
