Dheeraj Dhoopar on lockdown being a blessing for him and wife Vinny

2020 has been wholesome for multiple reasons and while we have all been home, or spending more time with our family, it has indeed given us all the time to think, work on ourselves and also cherish bonds that we share. 

As for Kundali Bhagya actor Dheeraj Dhoopar, the pandemic and the lockdown have come across as a blessing and it holds true for wife Vinny Arora Dhoopar as well. Dheeraj said in an interview with The Times of India how the pandemic gave everyone the time to sit back and rethink everything that matters. He further added how shooting schedules stopped them from spending time with each other but the lockdown was the right time to spend quality time and it helped them understand not just each other better, but also themselves.

Talking about how self-love has also been a much talked about topic during the whole of the pandemic, he says that it is important in our lives and somewhere we forget to be attentive towards it while other times we subconsciously neglect these aspects and they, in turn, affect us. However, the sudden break, he feels, allowed everyone to talk about it and practice it on a day to day basis.
