Dharam Patnii: Ravi remembers time spent with Keerti; Gurpreet Bedi shoots with the team again

Colors’ show ‘Pyaar Ke Saath Vachan Dharam Patnii’ has made the viewers quite emotional with the sudden twist in the tale. Ravi is head over heels in love with Keerti but she met with a deadly accident and is no more. Ravi was all set to marry the love of his life Keerti but before their dreams could come true, Keerti passed away.

Fahmaan Khan and Gurpreet Bedi played their parts very convincingly and they earned the love and appreciation from the fans. Ravi played by Fahmaan often stated that he was in love with Keerti and the death sequence was difficult to shoot. He also stated that he terribly missed Keerti played by Gurpreet Bedi. The feelings are mutual from Bedi’s side.

Now, the actress shared a few pictures from the sets of ‘Dharam Patnii’ which made the fans intrigued about Keerti’s return in the show. India Forums learned that Gurpreet was on the sets to shoot for a flashback sequence. Ravi who is currently in denial about Keerti’s death, imagines her around him and gets flashes from the past from the happier times and for one such sequence, Gurpreet was asked to come on the sets and shoot her part.

This gave a chance to Gurpreet to come on the sets, meet her friends and also play the character of Keerti, one more time. India Forums got in touch with Gurpreet and asked her about her thoughts on getting into the skin of the character all over again, Gurpreet said, “Well, doing the hair and make-up was fine but the moment I got dressed as Keerti, I felt quite heavy and emotional. The character is very close to my heart and how much ever I miss shooting with the team, I wish they don’t call me further to play the part as it gets quite heavy”.
