Dev Joshi on being one of the eight people to take the flight around moon on a spaceship

Dev Joshi, who played the lead in TV show Baal Veer, is among the eight people who will take the flight around moon on a spaceship. They will travel around the moon's orbit on the spacecraft Starship developed by Elon Musk's SpaceX for six days before returning to Earth. 

Dev has already shared his feeling to be part of the project. India Forums got in touch with Dev Joshi to ask about his experience and planning, "To be part of such an epic and once-in-a-lifetime project...I am really blessed to represent my country on such a global scale. As I am the youngest and the only Indian in this crew, I feel proud as well as responsible towards the young and future generations to inspire them!

"I would like to thank everyone who have always supported me and my artistic works, especially my parents who have made me believe in myself! This feeling is beyond words but I must say that I am very much thrilled to go to space and see our dearMoon upclose. Well the whole team is unknown to the developments ahead as this is first time when people from artistic background are going to space."

When asked about his training, "Personally, I am very much looking forward to our training for going to space as this whole process is going to be a memorable one."
