Deepshikha Nagpal suffers a minor injury on the sets of Main Bhi Ardhangini

Behind all that glitz and glamour there are several gruelling moments the artists go through especially while shooting different action sequences.The actor, Deepshikha Nagpal who essays the role of Neelambari in &TV’s show Main Bhi Ardhangini was recently confronted with a similar situation while shooting an action-based scene in the show. The scene demanded Chitra’s spirit (Anjali Priya) in a fit of rage to start throwing different objects at high speed and intensity at Neelambari. But unfortunately, before the actor could apprehend this, one of the objects - a vase crashed into her forehead, leaving her bruised with minor injuries.

Talking about this Deepshikha said “It was a scene where Chitra’s spirit has now turned evil and destructive, so the scene had objects like vases, photo frames, lamps and things like that flying in extreme force showcasing Chitra’s spirit controlling it. I was supposed to duck when the scene began, but everything happened so quickly, and all those things came flying at me with the vase hitting my head. I sort of blanked out for a few seconds but soon got a grip on myself, there were few minor injuries but really nothing to worry about.”

The show now is going through a major plot twist, with Chitra’s spirit returning in Madhav’s life and they finally have an encounter, leaving Madhav at crossroads to choose between his wife Vaidehi and the soul of his ex-wife Chitra who’s here to get him back. What will be the solution to Madhav’s dilemma where his wife Vaidehi’s life is at stake due to the power of Chitra’s soul?
