Daya Shanker Pandey approached to essay Shani's role in Suryaputra Karn?

Promos of Sony TV's upcoming mythological show Suryaputra Karn have already hit the television screens and seem to be creating a lot of buzz. This show which will see Aditya Redij in the lead along with names like Priya Bhatija and Mouli Ganguly in the star cast, is all set to add Daya Shanker Pandey to its cast.

Our source informs us, "Daya has been approached for the role of Shani."

It won't be the first time Daya Shanker Pandey will be seen essaying Shani Dev's character as earlier too he had been seen doing the sam role in Mahima Shani Devi Ki.

When we contacted the actor he said, "Nothing is confirmed now but yes I have been approached for the role."
