Daljiet Kaur joins the Vivek Dahiya-Karishma Tanna starrer Star Plus show

The past few days have been all about the reports of the many shows that Ekta Kapoor is planning to bring on the tube soon. The most dominant and newsmaking one however, has been the Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham remake.

But, there is one other show which made news last week and that is the upcoming supernatural thriller that the lady is planning to bring on Star Plus. We reported about how actress Asmita Sood, who was supposed to play the female lead opposite Vivek Dahiya in the show was replaced by Naagin 3 actress, Karishma Tanna. The show also has other stellar names in the form of Manish Khanna, Apara Mehta, Nirbhay Wadhwa and Papia Sengupta among others.

And now, the latest one to join the cast is none other than popular actress, Daljiet Kaur.

Daljeit's rise to fame was Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon back then, but she was also one of the leading faces in Zee TV's Kaala Teeka over a year ago.

Last seen in Big Magic's show as Maa Shakti, Daljiet has bagged Ekta's next.

Here too, her character will be extremely important to the storyline, where she will be playing Karishma's elder sister in the show.
