Content creator Sakshi Keswani SLAMS Actors & Directors for LOOKING DOWN on influencers: 'We are NOT CRINGE'

Sakshi Keswani, the popular content creator known as 'Being Suku' on Instagram, recently took to her Instagram Stories to address a topic that she says "boils her blood." With over 2 million followers on the platform, Sakshi has become a prominent figure in the digital space, known for her comedic content and relatable storytelling.?

In her post, Sakshi expressed frustration over the preconceived notions that some individuals in the entertainment industry hold about influencers. She shared that whenever she enters a room filled with actors and directors, she is often met with the question, "Oh, you are an influencer?"—a query posed in a manner that suggests condescension. This, she believes, reflects a broader bias that influencers face, with some perceiving their work as less legitimate or demanding than traditional acting careers.

''Jaise ki star kids ke bare mein bahut pre conceived notions hota hai ki they are born with silver spoon, they are not worthy enough, similarily, Influencers aur creators ke barey mein bhi hota hai esepcially by actors who are trying to get work or by people who are already working that 'they are very cringe.' Inhone bas reel bana ke ye log aa gaye hai, kya hi inhone mehnat ki hai, i mean seriously?'' Sakshi says as she expresses her anger.

The popular creator then reveals who she is made to feel when she walks in a room full of actors, directors and writers. She says, ''They say, oh you are an influencer? Oh you are getting work because of the clout you have. Its just that you are cringe and you are not worthy, I mean seriously?''

Sakshi then calls influencers 'smart' for knowing where and how much hard work should be put in and states that they have created a space for themselevs. ''Toh bhai tum bhi kar ke try kar lo agar kar pao toh. It is not easy for us and we are not cringe, we are working very hard. So stop looking down on us, stop disrespecting us, thank you.''
