Congrats: Mugdha - Ravish engaged!

Congratulations and celebrations!

Yes, it's time to dedicate this jingle to the Telly Town's newly engaged couple- Mugdha Chaphekar and Ravish Desai.

Mugdha and Ravish, who had announced their togetherness recently, got engaged on the 30^th of January. It was completely a private family affair. We hear that the engagement function took place at the Nariman Point in Mumbai among their close family members.

When we spoke to Ravish, he said, "It was a very close family function. We didn't want to make it big, so we kept it a very private function, with the presence of only my and her family members."

When we asked Ravish about his wedding plans? He told us, "We are yet to decide about our wedding dates but we will take a call on this soon."

"I would like to say thanks to all the fans and well wishers for their wonderful wishes. They have been showering their wishes right from the day the news has come out. They have loved us together on-screen and off-screen as well. So a big thanks to all of them," concludes Ravish conveying a message to his fans.

Mugdha shares, "It was full of surprises for me. Ravish actually went down on his knees and proposed me before exchanging the rings. I didn't expect that he will do something like this. My Mother in law gifted me lots of stuffs and I was treated like a princess throughout the ceremony. It was really a nice function among our close family members. We exchanged rings and had a Puja. It was much more beautiful than I expected it to be."

Mugdha too feels thankful to her fans for their continuous love and support. She says, "I would like to thank them much more than I have ever thanked them before. Even before we could decide something, it has been their wish, that has made this happen. It is said that wish for something with a true heart and it really happens; it's like a dream come true for them, as well as for me."
