Confirmed! Zee TV lead actor Rrahul Sudhir quits the show!

Zee TV show ‘Raja Beta’, featuring Rrahul Sudhir and Sambhabana Mohanty in lead roles, started this year in January and completed 100 episodes last month. The show is getting a decent response from the viewers but now lead actor Rrahul Sudhir has quit ‘Raja Beta’ due to some personal reasons.

Yes, you read that right!

The actor has put his papers down and he will finish shooting for the show on 5th July. Reportedly, Rrahul Sudhir’s mother isn’t well. Since ‘Raja Beta’ shoot is in Jaipur, the actor is finding it difficult to be with his mother in Mumbai due to hectic schedule. Hence, he took this decision of leaving ‘Raja Beta’ to be with his mother.

Confirming the same, Rrahul Sudhir told TOI that, “'Raja Beta’ is my first show. I moved to Jaipur in November and have been shooting for the show since then.Unfortunately, my mother’s health has been a cause of concern for me. It wasn’t feasible to visit Mumbai frequently, as I am the male lead and I am required in almost every frame. I began worrying so much about my mom’s health that it started affecting my work. I wasn’t comfortable with that, as I didn’t want to compromise on my work. So, I pondered over it and finally took the call. I will start with her treatment as soon as I am back in Mumbai.”

He further added that he is going to miss ‘Raja Beta’ team a lot. The actor’s fans too are going to miss seeing him in the show.

‘Raja Beta’ makers are now looking for Rrahul’s replacement and it’ll be interesting to see who will step into his shoes.
