Colors’ Bahu Begum To End Next Month !

Colors’ ongoing show Bahu Begum starring Arjit Taneja, Samiksha Jaiswal and Dianaa Khan in lead roles has managed to keep the viewers’ engaged with a storyline full of unexpected twists and turns. The show is a romantic drama and the story follows the lives of Azaan Akhtar Mirza, Shayra Sayyed and Noor Qyereshi, as they are bound by a marriage due to misunderstandings. The show was launched in July this year, and after six months of its run, the makers have now decided to pull the plug on the show. 

There were several speculations doing the rounds about the show going off air due to dropping ratings, apparently the news is confirmed now. A source related to the show has informed Bombay Times that the makers had expected a successful run for at least a year and a half and initially the ratings were good too, however they have slipped in recent times. Though a confirmed date hasn’t been announced yet, probably the show will end in the first half of January. 

In an attempt to redeem the show, the makers also tried to bring a five year leap, but seems like all the efforts to revive the ratings have gone in vain.
