Coldplay strings along for charity

India seems to have caught Coldplay's fancy on a whole other level. From meeting the Prime Minister and Arvind Kejriwal in Delhi with Freida Pinto for her women's empowerment initiative to having a Holi creative as his album cover to now contributing to a very special cause helmed by Rahul Bose.

Chris Martin and the entire Coldplay band have signed and donated a very special guitar for the charity auction hosted by actor Rahul Bose - The Idea of India.

As part of Rahul's annual charity initiative "The Idea of India", a black tie sit down evening auctioning some of the most iconic memorabilia - features Coldplay's iconic guitar as a major attraction - almost the centrepiece of the auction. It is the only international piece of memorabilia that will be auctioned along with many Indian master pieces. The auction will be held later this month in Mumbai.
