Chief Minister's Special Invitation For Sara Khan

Sara Khan aka Sadhna of Star Plus' Bidaai has been specially invited by the Chief Minister of Maharashtra Ashok Chavan to attend his nephew's wedding.

We caught Sara just as she was rushing off to the wedding venue.  She told us, "Yes, I am just on my way to Aurangabad to attend the wedding of the Chief Minister's nephew.  Sadhna's character is so popular that the Minister called me up and specially invited me for the wedding.  It feels great to know that the character has been loved by so many people.  At the same time, I am also extremely thrilled that people not only know Sadhna but they also know Sara Khan."

With a hiatus from Bidaai, Sara claims that she is still leading an extremely busy life as there is so much to do and there are many things happening at her front.  Gone are the days when only Bollywood actresses (Shilpa Shetty by Queen Elizabeth, Deepika Padukone by Japanese PM, Katrina Kaif by Rajasthan Tourism Minister) received exclusive invitations from dignitaries to attend important social dos.  The television industry seems to be progressing by leaps and bounds, what say folks?
