#Checkout: Ranbir Kapoor moves into his new bachelor pad!

Actors Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif had moved out of their love nest in Khar-soon after they broke up. Since then, Ranbir was hunting for a new home and he's finally found his new apartment in Bandra. The actor recently purchased a 2500 sq ft flat at Vastu Apartments, in Pali Hills, Bandra.

Interestingly, Shah Rukh Khan's wife and Interior designer Gauri Khan has designed this new pad of Ranbir as per his preferences. Ranbir Kapoor's parents, Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Singh Kapoor had even thanked Gauri for her efforts in carving out this special home for their son.

Ranbir has finally shifted to his new residence at Pali Hills and the date also marks the 92^nd birth anniversary of his grandfather Raj Kapoor.

Ranbir had recently, hosted a housewarming party at his residence, where Gauri Khan and filmmaker Karan Johar were snapped by the media.

A report in a popular tabloid quoted a friend of Ranbir stating that, "There will be a big party on the first weekend. We will watch a few of his favorite films to begin with". (sic)

Ranbir's last film 'Ae Dil Hai Mushkil' was hit among the audiences. The actor seems to have finally moved out of his break up and is focused towards his filmi career.
