Fahad Ali shares how to keep yourself fit...


The good looking and popular actor Fahad Ali, who has won the audience's hearts on popular shows like 'The Buddy Project Season 2 - Now in College' and 'Mooh Boli Shaadi', is a fitness freak.

You can often come across the actor's social media updates which make you realise that he is a fitness freak as he always keeps himself busy with different kinds of workouts. So we thought of quizzing the actor about the 5 tips he follows to keep himself fit.

Here's what the actor has to share:

1. I drink a lot of water, at least 4 litres daily.

2. I eat healthily; I take fruits and juices for my breakfast. I prefer having Indian food for my lunch which mostly includes grilled chicken, boiled eggs and salads. I mostly have chicken salad for my dinner.

3. We should take an adequate sleep of 8 hours every day, but being a creative person and an artist, it's difficult for me to take this much of sleep but still I try and it happens very rarely. Not taking adequate sleep also reflects on your face.  

4. I have a proper workout schedule that I follow every day. I also go for swimming on alternate days, but now I am missing it because of the rains. I am also looking forward to playing football with my friends.

5. Lastly, the most important tip is having a positive attitude towards life.
