Character of 'Sai' is one of the factors for the success of ‘Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin’: Siddhartha Vankar

Star Plus show ‘Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin’ has kept the fans on the edge of their seats with the intriguing twist in the show. The current track of the show revolves around Samrat wanting a divorce from Pakhi. Virat’s heart is broken as Sai is unable to sense his feelings for her and has been still labelling their marriage to be a deal. While Virat has decided to take a transfer and stay away from the family, Pakhi wants to clarify things with Virat.
The show has been loved by the viewers and they can’t keep calm to know more about the upcoming track. ‘Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin’ has managed to have a steady rating and has always been in top 5 most watched shows on Indian Television. A while ago, the show topped the TRP charts too.
India Forums got in touch with the Creative Director Siddhartha Vankar and asked him about what according to him has worked wonders for the show. The maverick replied, “I believe the character of ‘Sai’ was one of the few factors that clicked brilliantly with the audience initially and got us good ratings. The character of Sai is written in such a way that it’s coming out very differently for the viewers. It’s quite rare to find a character like Sai who is quite out-spoken and so uninhibited about speaking her mind and at the same time Sai is never the righteous one in the house. She accepts her mistakes gracefully. She’s also unreasonable at times at I think that’s what makes her real and I think the viewers are loving the realistic characters in most of the shows on Star Plus. They’re not perfect or cardboard characters”.
‘Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin’ is produced by Cockcrow and Shaika Entertainment. It stars actors like Neil Bhatt, Ayesha Singh, Aishwarya Sharma, Kishori Shahane, Mitali Nag among others.

Yeahh no. The character can't do anything unless the actor portrays it successfully. You should watch the characters of Patralekha and Roopkotha to know the difference.

He has made it so obvious that they actually think Ayesha is not the reason but just the character Sai for the success of this show. I hope Ayesha Singh gets a better team to work with , who would appreciate her hard work , without bringing in TEAM WORK and WRITING!!

The character of Sai had become more realistic because of the way Ayesha Singh bring it in front of audience. Writing a good positive character is not enough to draw the attention of audience but it depends on the actor who is playing the role. Ayesha Singh is a real gem who plays her role in such a way that we all can connect something or the other about the role with us. Wow and no mention of the actor who works so hard for Sai to come alive on screen.. Great.. Ofcourse its clear they never expected Sai to click and though Sanskari Didi would draw the audience.. Now the "LEADS" name-calling Sai in the beginning makes a lot of sense !!
