And TV is coming up with an interesting mythological show on Santoshi Maa Sunaye Vrat Kathayein. Produced by Rashmi Sharma Telefilms, the show will bring forth authentic stories behind vrats and their deep-rooted meanings and relevance in today’s time. As reported by us previously, Gracy Singh will be seen playing the titular character in the show. 

It also features Tanvi Dogra portraying the role of Swati, an ardent Maa devotee, who tackles various life’s problems under the guidance of Santoshi Maa and Ashish Kadian, who is portraying the role of Indresh. Now according to the latest reports, we hear that actor Dinesh Mehta has bagged a prominent role in the show. 

Dinesh, who has been a part of many popular shows like Chandragupta Maurya, Yeh Hai Mohabbatein, Diya Aur Baati Hum, RadhaKrishn, Haiwaan to name a few has been roped in to play Lord Shiva in the show. Speaking about playing Lord Shiva in the show the actor told Tellychakkar, “Until now I have only played negative roles but for the first time viewers will see me playing a positive one and that too of Lord Shiva. I have begun shooting and I hope my fans like me in this character.”

We also hear that actress Preetika Chauhan has been roped in to play goddess Parvati opposite Dinesh in the show.
