Chahatt Khanna Opens up on Battling with Depression, says she is in Constant Touch with her Counsellor

Actress Chahatt Khanna who recently deactivated her Instagram account opens up on battling with depression. The actress states that she is in constant touch with her counsellor via video call.

Actress Chahatt Khanna recently deactivated her Instagram account and also mentioned that she is battling with Depression. Speaking to ETimes TV, Chahatt opened up about her depression where she stated that she is in a constant touch with her counsellor via video call. 

Chahatt said, "Had I known it (depression) toh bahut aasaan ho jaata, mere aur mere counsellor ke liye (It would have been easy for me and my counsellor) to rectify that point. We don't know where it comes from, where it vanishes and goes back. I don't know much about it." 

She also mentioned that she is dealing with it and coming out of it in a healthy and most challenging way. She added that she wants to stay away from the whole fake world and wants to do something real in her life. "So, I thought, let's take a break from people, social media and everything which glitters. I'm in constant touch with my counsellor via video call," she added. 

Speaking about deactivating her Instagram account, she revealed that she just temporarily deactivated it because she is busy for her new tender and it is going to be for another 10-12 days. She added that she won't be able to use social media and she doesn't have time for it and it had become too much for her.
