Celebration time for Amrit Manthan and Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai!

It was a big day for Rajan Shahi yesterday as two of his popular shows reached a landmark position. Life OK's Amrit Manthan turned 1 yesterday while Star Plus' Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai successfully completed 1100 episodes yesterday. It has definitely been a great journey for Director's Kut as the two shows have been doing exceptionally well with respect to audiences' appreciation as well as TRP ratings. 

Tellybuzz contacted Rajan Shahi, the mind behind these shows to know more about his feelings for the successful running of his shows. A proud Rajan said, "Yesterday was a very auspicious day for us as Yeh Rishta completed 1100 episodes and Amrit Manthan turned one. Today we had a havan on the sets of Yeh Rishta and arranged for a cake cutting ceremony on the sets of Amrit Manthan. It's a trademark of DKP to have havans. The entire team bonded very well on the sets today. It was a good celebration for the shows in the first half of the day today. Enthusiasm amongst the actors and the team of both the shows was a treat to the heart and I hope the legacy continues forever. It was nice to see all of them bonding so well with each other."

Talking about his journey of 1100 episodes of Yeh Rishta, he continued, "It is a love story of a couple which is engulfed with emotions of day to day life. The strength of Yeh Rishta has always been its creatives and writers that they have presented the story very well on-screen. Hina Khan, Karan Mehra and all other actors' enthusiasm has contributed towards the growth of the show. Everyone still works with the same enthusiasm as if they are shooting for the first episode. Their genuine zeal has always been biggest USP of working with the team and the same goes for the team of Amrit Manthan. We have got the biggest support from Uday Shankar ji and the entire team of Star Plus because of which we are able to reach at this level. Behind our hard work there has been a support of almighty."
