Cannes 2022: Nargis Fakhri graces the red carpet decked in a dreamy embellished gown

The 75th Cannes Film Festival has been the talk of the town for the past few days and still continues to be. Meanwhile, Bollywood actresses have been conquering the red carpet.

India has a lot to be proud of this year, whether it's Deepika Padukone joining the jury, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan making waves with her stunning looks, Aditi Rao Hydari and Helly Shah making their debuts, and so on. In the midst of all of this, Nargis Fakhri is getting attention after walking the red carpet at Cannes 2022 and looking fabulous in her extravagant gown.

Nargis had recently graced the red carpet at the premiere of Forever Young (Les Amandiers). She was decked in a sparkling baby pink gown with embellishments. It was a plunging neckline, voluminous halter neck outfit.

Nargis opted for a matte make-up with shimmery eye shadow, nude pink lips and accesorised her look with a silver dangler in one of her ears. She pulled her hair into a sleek bun exuding elegance and poise.

Nargis, who made her Bollywood debut in the 2011 film Rockstar alongside Ranbir Kapoor, has opened out about her hiatus from the industry. Nargis explained to a leading web portal that she made the decision since her mental health was in dire straits. She realized that she wasn't doing things which made her happy. She also stated that she took advantage of this time off to spend it with her mother and close friends. Nothing, according to Nargis, can substitute for the time spent with one's family. The actress most recently appeared in Sanjay Dutt starrer film Torbaaz.
