Burglary at the Maheshwari Household!

Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is on a dramatic high these days. The wedding drama has just ended, and the makers decided to add a little humorous element but with a social awareness lesson to their show.  

The whole hullabaloo starts because of Kuhu, who is a social media addict. She starts chatting with an unknown person from her social media profile and ends up giving that man the house address and also details of an empty house. 

The man turns out to be a fraud and plots a robbery in the Maheshwari household.

He gets 2 other men with him and enters the house with an intention of burgling, but sees that Gayu (Kanchi Singh) and Kuhu are still there. Karthik (Mohsin Khan) falls ill at the last minute and decides to stay back at home with Kuhu. Gayu, who secretly loves Karthik comes there on the pretext of giving Karthik medicine.

On spotting Gayu and Kuhu, the 3 men tie them up and also stick tape on their mouths so that they can not call for help. The thieves gather all their loot and are just about to leave when Karthik enters. They do not know that Karthik is one of the PGs staying at the Maheshwaris.

The men, on seeing Karthik, leave the loot and escape, but on seeing that Karthik has not spotted Kuhu and Gayu, they return only to escape with their loot. But this time, Karthik spots the thieves and but obviously saves Gayu and Kuhu and the house as well.

This incident makes Karthik, Gayu's knight in the shining armor and she ends up falling more for the lad, who is in love with Naira (Shivangi Joshi).

The audience has to now wait for the episode to know how does an unwell Karthik achieve such a feet.
