Bigg Boss 18 fame Kashish Kapoor accuses domestic help of theft and physical intimidation

Actor and influencer Kashish Kapoor, known for her appearance on Bigg Boss 18, has made serious allegations against her domestic cook, Sachin Kumar Chaudhary. In an emotional YouTube video released on July 13, she accused him of stealing Rs 50,000 from her Mumbai residence and physically assaulting her when confronted.

Kashish said she had kept Rs 7 lakh in cash at her home in Andheri, planning to deposit it into her mother’s bank account on July 9. However, on checking her locker, she discovered one envelope missing money. Suspecting the cook, who had just left the flat, she intercepted him in the building lift.

“I told him, ‘Apna pocket dikhao,’ but he refused. I insisted. When I saw Rs 50,000 in his pocket, I realised what had happened,” she recalled. What followed next, according to Kashish, was terrifying. “As soon as I picked up my phone, I was pinned against the wall. He told me, ‘Don’t call or tell anybody.’ I had to stay calm and said, ‘Just get out of my house and never show me your face again.’”

Kashish revealed that she tried to alert the building security to stop him, but he escaped. Despite feeling physically sick, she rushed down 20 floors in a desperate attempt to catch him. “I was thinking, ‘What the f*ck is happening?’ But I told myself, ‘You can die later—right now, you have to stop this.’”

She added that she filed a police complaint but was told there were no guarantees of recovering the stolen cash. “There was no assurance. That’s the most helpless feeling—to know he robbed you and may get away with it.” Kashish said she had not informed her family earlier as she didn’t want to alarm them. She also spoke about the emotional impact. “I feel betrayed. Mujhe shaq tha, but no proof. He had the audacity to say, ‘Sirf 50,000 churaye.’ I still have receipts of the payments I received.” The case is reportedly under investigation. Kashish urged viewers to remain cautious and not ignore gut feelings when dealing with domestic help.
