New Delhi, Oct 29 (IANS) Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan decided to take a sudden sabbatical in Goa and is thoroughly enjoying his stay there.
'It is a boon at times to just spring out of circumstances and travel to just anywhere! I just did that and find it most invigorating to be able to not be specific or scheduled. And Goa it is,' Amitabh posted on his blog www.bigb.bigadda.com.
The 68-year-old says he loves Goa.
'Quiet and peaceful, green and warm, sea and sunshine! The silence whispers gently in the ears, time takes time to pass and nothingness has no value at all,' he wrote.
Sonam Kapoor loves buying books!
Clothes and accessories aren't the only things that actress Sonam Kapoor loves shopping for. She even likes to buy books!
'I love buying books at the fair... real books still somehow beat the Kindle and iPad for me,' Sonam posted on her Twitter page.
The 25-year-old's favourite authors are Rohinton Mistry, Chitra Banerjee, Jhumpa Lahiri, Vikram Seth, Salman Rushdie and Amitav Ghosh.
'I have a signed copy of Amitav Ghosh's 'Sea of Poppies' and I met Salman Rushdie once and was completely tongue tied,' she added.
Rahul not in 'Jism 2': Pooja Bhatt
Actress-turned-filmmaker Pooja Bhatt, who will be helming the sequel to 'Jism', has denied rumours that her younger brother Rahul will be a part of the film.
'Amused to see news of Rahul Bhatt being cast in 'Jism 2' being splashed everywhere. Nothing could be further from the truth,' Pooja posted on micro-blogging site Twitter.
Rahul came into the limelight for his acquaintance with David Coleman Headley who was charged with scouting targets for 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks.
He is currently a part of 'Bigg Boss 4' and before entering the show he said that he had turned down a movie offer.
