Actor Anuj Sachdeva, who has debuted as a host with the digital show "Get Access With Anuj", says when it comes to anchoring, megastar Amitabh Bachchan is the boss of the field.

"Amitabh Bachchan is impeccable when it comes to hosting and engaging an audience. I have been on the hot seat of 'Kaun Banega Crorepati' opposite him and I have seen the ease with which he conducts an episode. He is truly the boss of anchoring," Anuj said in a statement.

"If I talk about foreign chat shows, then I admire Ellen DeGeneres for her comic timing, her happy go lucky attitude and the way she just gels with any guest she calls on her show," added the actor, who has appeared in TV shows like "Sabki Laadli Bebo", "Chhanchhan" and "Swaragini".

Anuj says he has always been "sceptical" of presenting himself as a host.

"But, I wanted to get over this scepticism as well as fear and try out something new. I am glad it's worked in my favour. I am happy with the praises pouring in on my social media," he said.

"I am an introvert by nature. I talk less and I have very few friends. I am not really one of those who can talk to just about anybody about anything. But through the chat show I have discovered a new side to me where I am able to engage the guest in constant conversation," he added.
