Bhumika Chheda on Story 9 Months Ki: I've tried putting my nuances in the character

Bhumika who is playing the role of Doctor Rabia in the show Story 9 months ki. talks about her character. She says, ''A lot of Rabia is me. I've tried putting my nuances in the character along with its own requirements. Like on-screen, I too have limited but very precious friends. Rabia is not someone who expects anything from her friends, and I am quite like that. I love pampering my friends, so does Rabia. In all, Rabia is fun, sensitive, caring, all of it as and when required. And to top it all, she wears fabulous clothes too! So I feel I relate quite a lot to it."  

On being asked what prompted her to take up the role, Bhumika says, "There were two things, first, of course, the clarity and vision the makers had of this particular character. Secondly, the character is not a typical doctor who happens to just come and vanish suddenly. Rabia is more of a confidant, the only friend of Alia (Sukirti Kandpal). She is always there for Alia no matter what and is the only one who knows Alia from tip to toe." 

On being asked about how it is working with the ensemble cast, she says "It is a lot of fun honestly. Our show is made with so much love that not only the cast but also the crew is extremely fun to work with. Each actor has so much to offer on-screen, all thanks to our writers. Both our directors Aniruddh Rajderkar Sir and Ashish Rangllani sir make it so much easier for us to perform. Their energy and vibe is mindblowing. This show is in magical hands I'd say." and she signs off
