Bhanu Uday to play a prominent role in Epic's Daanav Hunters and Choker Bali!

Viewers to get to see Bhanu Uday, currently seen in Sony Pal's Hamari Sister Didi, to be seen in Epic Channels' Daanav Hunters and Chokher Bali.

Handsome actor Bhanu Uday who is currently seen in Sony Pal's Hamari Sister Didi essaying the lead role of Dr. Karan, looks like he is on a spree on trying his hand on a variety of roles. Well, besides Hamari Sister Didi, Bhanu Uday will also be seen in prominent roles for two major shows of Epic Channel.

Learning about the news, TellyBuzz got in touch with the actor himself who spoke about his character and much more in this candid chat.

Bhanu averred, "I have essayed the lead role in the show named Chokher Bali which is directed by Anurag Basu. Anurag Da's brother Abhishek Basu is a good friend of mine and asked me to audition for the role. I auditioned for the role of Mahendra and everything actually worked out very well. I cannot tell how amazing it was good with someone like a man like this. When you work with a senior person like him, he accepts for shots that touches his heart and not something that can be pleased with acting skills. It was by far my best experience."

He went on...

"Another show that I have done for Epic is Daanav Hunters. The show is basically on the concept that they are actually some Raakshas living amid all of us and then there are a few bunch of people who go out and hunt for them. Unlike other shows, I have played an out-and-out negative role in this show. My character name is Raghav. This show is something that I have gone out of my comfort zone and tried to do something new," concluded Bhanu.

The channel is slated to launch today, November 19.

Well Bhanu, surely this can give a huge hike to your career!

Its Chokher Bali not Chakhor bali, lol
Anurag Basu had directed many TV serials before this! Who writes these articles? All wrong info...Anurag directed old serial Tara, followed by Koshish Ek Asha, Miit, Manzilein Apni apni, and lastly Love Story for SAB TV in 2007. Anurag Basu even got Best Director's Awards for his TV shows!

IF it's not Chakhor Bali it's "Chokher Bali" .. this is a novel by Rabindranath Tagore .. WRITE IT PROPERLY .. Bhanu will be good as Mahendra .. all the best .. still remember you as Aryan ... u were awesome in SS
