#Bestof2015: Most shocking Breakups of 2015!

It breaks the heart of millions of fans when they see their favourite stars who are real life couples experience a break up. This year had a handful of breakups which were not anticipated.

1. Karan Patel and Kamya Punjabi

Karan was dating Kamya for a considerable amount of time and things seemed fine, till the news of Karan planning to get married to actress Ankita Bhargava hit the web. The fans and even people from the industry were shocked and when Ankita was quizzed about being the reason behind their breakup, she said that she met Karan only a month after his breakup and had nothing to do with it. 

The youth favourites, Kunwar Amar, former DID contestant and 'Rey' from 'Dil Dosti Dance' and Charlie Chauhan, ex-contestant of 'Roadies' and Mukti from 'Kaisi Yeh Yaariyan' were an adored couple. They even participated together in the dance reality show, 'Nach Baliye'. However, they broke up earlier this year to unknown reasons.

3. Sharad Malhotra and Divyanka Tripathi

A couple that was together for over eight years and while the fans were eagerly waiting for their wedding announcement, they received unanticipated news about the breakup of Sharad Malhotra and Divyanka Tripathi, where Divyanka confessed to have been heartbroken post breakup. Together, they were amongst the most loved reel-to-real life couple and this news was most baffling for many.

4. Shaleen Banot and Daljeet Kaur

Once, a happily married couple, actors Shaleen Banot and Daljeet Kaur parted ways after a five year old marriage. This divorce was in the news owing to the nature of it, where Daljeet accused Shaleen of physical abuse and instances where he strangled her too. The duo has a son who is in custody with Daljeet.

5. Karan Singh Grover and Jennifer Winget

They displayed their love for each other, publicly, at numerous instances and were extremely happy with each other till the news of them divorcing each other became a talking topic. Karan's alleged closeness to his film co-actor, Bipasha Basu was termed as one of the reasons.
