Barun Sobti's comeback show gets Scrapped!

We've got some sad news for the fans of Barun Sobti... The actor was just about to make his comeback with BBC's new show on Zee TV, however, we hear that the show will not air as it has been scrapped.

The show has been scrapped by the channel. The show was titled as 'Satya Ki Kiran', and was produced by BBC Productions. It was reportedly a finite series with 26 episodes. The show was a cross between these two genres: romantic-drama and crime-thriller. The makers have already shot for 3 episodes in Delhi. It also had the 'Pavitra Rishta' lead, Shivani Tomar opposite Barun Sobti.

We contacted Shivani, who confirmed the news, "Yes our show is scrapped, I have no information apart from this."

It's indeed a very heartbreaking moment for the fans of the actor, but as they say...one should never lose hope.
