Balika Vadhu goes the animated way!

One of the most beloved and long-running shows on Indian television, Balika Vadhu has ruled millions of hearts over years. The show became an instant hit and is best known to break several stereotypes.

According to a leading news daily, with a cult following over the years, the show is set to launch an animated series titled, 'Chhoti Anandi.' As the show is titled with the protagonist's character name, its set to have the look and other elements from the show and will feature adventures of Anandi's childhood before becoming a 'Balika Vadhu.'

The first ever Balika Vadhu, Avika Gor mentioned that the show holds a special place in her heart as it was her launchpad and is extremely excited to see the series along with her character's animated avatar.
