Balakrishna's 'Ruler' shooting to start in May

Nandamuri Balakrishna, one of the well-known stars of Telugu cinema, will be seen in political-drama "Ruler", which will go on the floors in May.

"Scheduled to release around the general elections in 2014, 'Ruler' will go on the floors from May 15. The film is set against a political backdrop and it has a message as well," a spokesperson of the film told IANS.

Boyapati Srinu, who previously directed Balakrishna in Telugu super hit "Simha", will helm the project, being co-produced by Ram Achanta, Gopichand Achanta and Anil Sunkara under the 14 Reels Entertainment banner.
