Baby's Birthday Bash in Baa Bahu Aur Baby

Starting with the birthday girl herself, we talk to Benaf Dadachandji , the sweet Baby and see what she has to say about her big day. “ It feels wonderful. My name is actually going to feature there, along with Gattu's, so that makes it even more special. Truly speaking, not only it's the best gift, it also is the best birthday celebration ever. This episode will air on Aug 19th, and my real life birthday is on August 17th, when I turn 20. My BBB family has celebrated it so beautifully, that i don't even want to celebrate my real birthday now.
Though it was a serial shoot, all of them were actually celebrating my birthday, and all the wishes they gave was not only for Baby, but for me as well. I loved it and I can't thank my family enough for this present.”
Next in line is the man behind the action - Gattu, who made all this possible by presenting his screen sister with such a lovely card... Devang Bhojani has wonderfully portrayed the character of Gattu, and has become an all time favorite of people from all over the globe. When we asked Devang about his hard work to make this entire event a success, he replied, “Since I am the creative head of the show, JD, I and the rest of the team decided to celebrate our two year completion in a big way. And when the show started off, it began with Baby’s Birthday. And the timing was so perfect, with Baby’ s birthday coming up too, so we went ahead with the plan. We decided that the Thakkar family should make the biggest birthday card in India, and their names would get registered in the Limca book of records. And it has, by being the tallest card ever made in India - 300ft tall.”We now talk to the versatile Rajeev Mehta who plays Arvind Thakkar, the family’s eldest son. Known for his abrupt attitude and unique mannerisms, Arvind adds a certain charm to the show. Arvind was bubbling with excitement for the next few years to come of the show. “Two years? Come on, that is nothing. In today’s television era, we should be doing much more. I am sure that this show will go on for a really long time.” Talking about Baby's birthday bash, he commented, “Such birthdays are very unusual. I am glad that Baby and Gattu have got their names into the Limca book of records by making the biggest birthday card in India.”

Next is Rajesh Kumar who plays Subodh Thakkar, the Theater artist turned television star. Lets see what he has to say about the big bash, “Baa Bahu aur Baby completed two years and co incidentally, Baby’s birthday bash too happened, so the team decided to celebrate it big. This birthday bash is very different. And I am sure people all over India are going to fight for a big birthday like this. (laughter)”

How can any celebration be complete without Baa’s blessings? Next in line to wish Baby and the show, is Godavari Thakkar (Sarita Joshi). “I am so happy that the show has completed two years. This show has been so close to me, and I feel so proud to be a part of it. As an actor when something you do turns out well, you truly feel creatively satisfied. I bless the team on their success.”

And last is the producer and actor of the show - JamnaDas Majethia who plays Dr. Harshad Thakkar. JD’s creative inputs and unstoppable enthusiasm is what truly drives the show. When JD was asked to comment on the big bash, he said, “The entire team has worked very hard for this. Its great to have such a wonderful team to back you up. BBB has gone in the limca book of records because of the birthday card. It was a joint effort from everyone in the team. A big Thank-you to the people of India who made this possible.”
