Ayushmann Khurrana - Rajkummar Rao are making it Difficult for the Makers to select between them

The audience feels that the future of Indian cinema is in good hands as we have actors like Ayushmann Khurrana, Rajkummar Rao and Sushant Singh Rajput who are preferring content over big-budget masala films. These actors are among the best we have in the current Bollywood generation.

Many filmmakers are keen to cast Ayushmann and Rao in their projects. In a similar instance, the director duo  Raj Nidimoru and Krishna D.K. who are planning the Hindi remake of Sundeep Kishan-starrer Ninu Veedani Needanu Nene (NVNN) are keen to cast these actors (based on their dates availability) and wants to commence shooting soon.

A source close to Deccan Chronicle informs, "It's a toss-up between Ayushmann Khurrana and Rajkummar Rao. Although both are leading contenders, Raj Nidimoru and Krishna D.K. will take a final call after they wrap up work on the script."

Ayushmann has already proved his worth by his film choices as the actor had two major releases last year: Andhadhun and Badhaai Ho. Also, Rao has been in demand post the success of Stree which also starred Shraddha Kapoor.

Well, it remains to be seen who will bag this project.

On the professional front, Rao is currently gearing up for the release of Judgementall Hai Kya while Ayushmann recently wrapped up the shoot of Bala which also stars Yami Gautam and Bhumi Pednekar in the pivotal roles. The actor is currently busy with Aanand L Rai's Shubh Mangal Zyada Savdhaan.
