Mishap on the sets of a daily soap is not a rare occurrence, but when it does, it tends to halt the shoot for some time.

And such was the case on the sets of Sony TV's Yeh Un Dinon Ki Baat Hai yesterday.

Actress Ashi Singh who plays Naina was shooting for a scene in a telephone booth, when the ply placed over the set up, came crashing down and fell on her leg.

Even though Ashi was in pain, she completed her shot and only then did she allow the crew to take her to the doctor and get some first aid and medication.

We contacted Ashi Singh who told us, "Yes there was a wooden play over the telephone booth which fell down on my leg, but we continued completing the scene. Later the pain got worse and hence I went to the doctor for treatment."

Well kudos to the actress' professionalism that she didn't let the shoot get stalled. Here's wishing Ashi a speedy recovery!
