It has been observed that people with good education background do not necessarily excel at Paanchvi Pass, but people who have trained themselves with other innovative studying techniques like flashcards and practicals show better retention power and fare well on the quiz show.

Are we Educated for Life? - Give it a Thought...
Though the game show has seen many people win handsome amounts, it showcases the struggle to remember the basics and the lame excuses that grown ups give to cover their ignorance. Kya Aap Paanchvi Pass Se Tez Hain? is a quiz game show that puts a big question mark on the quality of education or the lack of uniform syllabus in our country as it emphasizes the importance of education in our lives.

This Saturday episode of Kya Aap Paanchvi Pass Se Tez Hain? reveals just this! Nothing hurts more than getting beaten at your expertise or being embarrassed on failure. Even host of Star Plus’ Airtel presents Kya Aap Paanchvi Pass Se Tez hain? Shah Rukh Khan thought twice before asking the contestant Kamala Kanuajia, who holds two bachelor degrees and a master degree, to accept that she is not smarter than a fifth grader! He made it very clear that the show does not aim at belittling anybody or causing embarrassment, but making education fun and it’s to be taken in good humour.

After Kamala Kanuajia, came Smitha Yadav, a 21-year-old MBBS student from Mumbai, who answered all the questions very effortlessly. But did she answer all the eleven questions correctly? Did she take Rupees FIVE crore home or did she dropout of the class mid-way?. To find out tune in to Kya Aap Paanchvi Pass Se Tez Hain? on Saturday, May 17 at 8 pm only on Star Plus.

Nice article and a nice question, in the UK for the past week or so there have been documentaries about this, is school enough for the real world - i think NO!

Who is goin to use Pythagoras/trig in the future? why cant we learn about financial stuff seen as we go into debt by the age of 18! (university)

we only learn to give us a grade.. not so we're all round good in everything...

Anjali @blyton 15 years ago I'm glad this question was raised. The ignorance of most contestants shows that most of what we cram at school does not stay with us through life. Our education system is all about book-learning and undigested knowledge. Very little is relevant to the real world.
