Apurva Agnihotri to enter Star Plus' Meri Durga

Actor Apurva Agnihotri who is best known for his stint in Bigg Boss house season 7 and Bollywood movie Pardes, has recently been roped in to play an integral role in Meri Durga on Star Plus.

The actor will be donning the role of a coach, Bharat Phogat, who will be mentoring and training the protagonist, played by Srishti Jain in the show.

 

The makers of the show further said that Apurva was the best choice to play a powerful cameo in the show, who will also be highlighting various issues pertaining to sportsmen and sportswomen in general.

Apurva will be the head coach and a tough taskmaster for Durga when she joins the academy.
