Actor Karan Patel is a known, household name as Raman, because of his role in Star Plus' Yeh Hai Mohabbatein. However, it is no secret that the actor has been a part of several projects over the years, as he has been on the tube for a long time.

When it comes to television, his most memorable role, apart from Yeh Hai Mohabbatein, was in Kasturi, several years ago. But, when it comes to films, there is one character that not only him, but many are be proud of.

Back in 2010, Karan starred in Mahesh Manjarekar's bilingual film, City of Gold (Lalbaug Parel in Marathi) as one of the principal cast members.
